What Quality need to deserve becomes a successful businessman in Digital Agency?
I have completed graduation from Computer Science and I have start up a digital Agency Based on Bangladesh But I think that I have lack of knowledge to properly grow up my business. I have sound enough knowledge in different technical field such as Software Development, Database Administration, Web Design and Development, Search Engine Optimization and Some other fields also. I think I have good knowledge with different job that clients need and I can do that by my employee and I have that capability to instruct them to follow the requirements of clients. From that thought I have started my agency known as MHSofts.I am trying to get more clients to my business so that I can grow up my business but It’s so harder to get enough clients every months. Because there are a lot of competitor all over the world. But I am not worried about that because I know that I need to go forward competing with my competitor. I think that I have some lack that I need to improve to become a Successful businessman in my career.
What exactly I offer to my Business?
Actually I offer Software Development, Web Design and Development, Mobile Application Development, Search Engine Optimization, and UI/UX Design. I have strong team in described area that I offer to my clients but challenge is that bringing more clients for my Agency so that I can run well my business.
I need some suggestion that how to become a successful businessman in Digital agency and get more clients every months. There is a lot of opportunity to use skilled manpower in different field with low costs. Because here the labor or employee cost is very low as the life leading cost is low than other country.
